The god of this world is on a mission to TWIST the truth of the bible. He uses ignorant people, even evangelists, pastors and teachers, in fact, Paul said, “from your own number, men will arise to Twist the truth.” The same twisting is apparent today.
Their works-based gospel, breeds fear, pride and self-righteousness. But thank God, Paul warned us of this, when he said, “command certain people, not to teach false doctrines, any longer.” Even Peter warned, “there would be false teachers among you,” who are, “IGNORANT and UNSTABLE PEOPLE,” and would “Twist” the truth.
They throw people into confusion by appealing to their vanity, fears and works-based mentality by teaching the false doctrine of behavior modification, rule keeping, and works as a means of temporary sonship and salvation.
